ARTWORK
The photos are printed on archival 310gsm 100% cotton rag stock using genuine Epson Ultra-Chrome Pro inks and have a matt finish.
Yes, we understand you may want to select an alternative frame from those offered or display the artwork in it's raw form. Simply select ‘print only’ when adding the item to your cart.
All print-only orders come with a border, giving you extra space to frame the photo yourself. Please refer to the Size Guide for the border width of your chosen print size.
All the frames are locally sourced from sustainable sources. We use Victorian Ash timber and each frame is hand cut and carefully assembled to order. Read more about our frames here.
Plexiglass is a shatter-proof, museum grade acrylic alternative to glass. It is much lighter than glass, and also helps to protect the artwork from UV damage and fading over time. It is also much less likely to result in transit damage, to ensure safe shipping of your wall art all across Australia.
All our frames are shadowbox sale. This is where the artwork is set back from the museum grade plexiglass for a contemporary gallery look.
We can certainly accommodate requests for prints larger than the standard sizes listed. If you're interested in a bigger format, please contact us with the photo name and your desired dimensions.

SHIPPING
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all print only orders. Unfortunately we cannot yet offer framed artwork to our international friends however we are working on it, so please check back!
All framed orders are carefully printed, framed and dispatched from Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. Unframed artwork is printed and dispatched from Mandurah, Western Australia.
All prints and frames are made-to-order. Please allow two weeks for your order to be printed, framed and delivered within Australia. International orders typically arrive within three weeks, though delivery times will vary by country.
Please note: During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased courier volume. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately we are only able to offer framed artwork within Australia at this point in time. We are working to offer this worldwide so please check back!
Please advise us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to adjust your address.
You will receive your tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. Since all items are made-to-order, we ask that you allow up to five business days for this information to be sent. Remember to check your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as our emails may occasionally be filtered there.
RETURNS
As every print is made-to-order specifically to your specifications, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. If you would like to amend or cancel your selection, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot facilitate any amendments/cancellations after this time frame.
Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not allow exchanges.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos at hello@hoststudio.com.au within 24 hours of delivery and we can assist with a replacement. Please note, if damage is not reported within 24 hours of receipt we cannot guarantee a free of charge replacement.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery should you have received an incorrect item and we can assist in rectifying this for you.
