As every print is made-to-order to your chosen specifications, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. If you would like to amend or cancel your selection, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot facilitate any amendments/cancellations after this time frame.

Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not allow exchanges.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos at hello@hoststudio.com.au within 24 hours of delivery and we can assist with a replacement. Please note, if damage is not reported within 24 hours of receipt we cannot guarantee a free of charge replacement.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery should you have received an incorrect item and we can assist in rectifying this for you.
